The process of advertising, recruiting, interviewing and selecting the best candidate that fits for that job is called staffing. The top managers and directors select a panel that conducts all these activities on their behalf. They have specific goals and objectives that they should accomplish. They also have specific questions that they ask the candidates so that they can be able to determine the best fitting candidate.

It is done by a group of people who are highly trained and qualified. They select people who have the same interests as the company has. They should select people who will bring benefits to the firm and increase its productivity.

The person who is seeking employment also gets an advantage of securing a permanent job if they meet the requirements needed for that job. They are able to earn from it and that income is used in their basic needs. They also improve their living and health standards. They are able to seek the medical services without any fears because they have the amount of money needed.

When people go for medical check-ups regularly, they will be able to detect their health problems early and hence they will be treated in advance and the disease will not persist. The amount of money spent in hospital will not be more because the disease will be detected early and treated early enough.

This will help them to acquire more income that will assist them to boost their living standards. They will be able to cater for all their basic needs without any problem. They will also improve their health standards because they will eat healthy diets and will observe their hygiene.

This advertisement costs a certain amount of money to the company. This amount of money is an extra cost that the company faces. The extra amount should have been saved to do something else in the company.

During the interview the applicants should dress neatly and decently. This is because the dress code is also part and parcel of the interview. Dress code also has its own marks separate from the interview questions. It is important for the applicants to be presentable when attending an interview. They should also gather all the necessary information regarding that firm. This will help them to answer the questions during the interview appropriately and correctly.

The people conducting the process of recruiting and hiring the staffs should be highly qualified and competent. They should be well equipped with all the information of that firm. They should prepare the questions to be asked during the interview in advance. They should work hard and defend the interests of the organization. They should also have criteria that should distinguish the best candidate from the other candidates.
