The duties of the HR executives are very important to a company. They are the ones charge regarding handling the people who work inside the company. When there seems to be some negativity building up in the atmosphere, they should make it more positive and a happy place so that everyone can do their jobs in perfect peace.

The calendar is always set with different tasks and activities which they need to do. And their task is to remind those people that they got to prepare for that event. Because of the pressure that their job can give to the employees they might forget to do important events that need to be done.

As the HR head making peace with each person in the department is also their duty. When there are arguments, they will be there helping to resolve the issue. When there are fights within the workplace, they make peace possible within the atmosphere.

Since you are not just handling those who are working in the other departments, you must to also manage your own department. Assisting and guiding them on what should they must do as HR people. Making sure they do what they were tasked.
