The good ones always maintain perfect eye contacts, gestures and interest on what others talk.

It is hard to trust anyone. Therefore, check candidates for any criminal records. Careful backgrounds checks will help to find such records if exist.

Good applicants are desperate to handle everything in their new career. They always illustrate their attention on the occupation and its obligations.

If someone has different career paths in his past track records, or if someone says that he wants to go through a completely different path, he will not retain in the job so long. Therefore, never hire such people because they will leave from the job soon.

If there are any differences between the factors he showed and the factors you found through the background check, do not hire such individuals regardless the size of the mismatch.
