From their name, one can easily tell that their main responsibility is to recruit human resource staff members. They have the ability to look for workers from the different ranks that their clients need. They know how to look for people who have the best qualifications to fit a particular post.

The recruitment companies do not work by advertising the available posts to the public. They have a way of approaching the people who they believe are qualified enough for the available post. This is the reason why many people refer to them as head hunters. After one has been hired by a human resource agency, they are required to be given all the facts and figures about their responsibilities and working hours.
